eBay has a feature where you can list a classified ad instead of an auction. How can I do that through Autiva? The only options are auction, or store items.

Do you mean a Fixed Price auction where there's no bidding? If so that's one of the options at the top of the listing page here.

No, I don't mean a fixed price auction.
There is an option for a classified ad where there is nothing for sale, it is just an ad. If you go to ebay and click on sell, it is called the Ad Format listing. It is only an ad and a way to promote an item. I am an AVON Representative. It is totally against AVON policy to sell on ebay, although many still do. However, we are allowed to advertise so I wanted to take advantage of that opportunity. But I cannot find a way to do that in Auctiva.

I believe and I could be wrong that Auctiva only handles regular eBay.
Were you wanting to use html to make your ad look better? You can design it then grab the html and paste it in the ad. IF eBay allows that in their ads section.
