Hi Guys
hope someone out there can help, or worked through a similar issue. I have an Ebay store and want to list items for 30 days, or 'good to cancelled'. I create listings in Auctiva, then load across. Auctiva duration for listings is 10 days only. So once transferred across, I then go into the particular listing on Ebay and alter the duration from 10 days to 30 days. If I dont do this straight away, Ebay time me out, once the listing is 'processed and live' so rather than doing this twice, is there a way on Auctiva that I can list items as '30 days' or 'good till cancelled' Thanks

Hi- I think I know what you are asking. If you are wanting to change from 10 days to 30 DAYS or GOOD TILL CANCELLED in listings that you are working on individually you:
Go to the listing you are working on.

You will see BUY IT NOW PRICE, under that reserve price, then a box for accept offers from buyers, then individual items and quantity then you will see DURATION and you can click on arrow and put in number of days you want it listed.

IF you are wanting to bulk revise to that you will need to:

Put check mark in ones you are changing. Then go to FIND and REPLACE and it will take you to page that says FIND & REPLACE. In area Marked FIELD there is box. you can do pull down for that and it has duration. You can change it there in more than one.

Now IF you want to change ones in ebay now, you will need to go into active listings and do same thing. Then it will be in your SAVED as well as ACTIVE listing.

Hope this makes sense??? I am not the best explainer in the world. . but hope this helps.
