How do I move a listing over from eBay?

When you are signed up for Auctiva and you post listings directly through eBay, those listings will be imported into your Auctiva account and appended with the store window automatically. This process may typically take about 6 hours from when the listing is posted.

However, if you post your listings through Auctiva, the store window will be placed in the listings, and they will be available on your Auctiva "Active Listings" page immediately after posting.

I also reviewed your Auctiva account and verified that your token is no longer valid, which is most likely the reason this listing hasn't been imported. To correct this problem, you will need to generate a new token within your Auctiva account by clicking the "Ebay Settings" link under the "My Account" tab within your account, and then clicking the "Get New Token" link on the ensuing page.

Wow! Thanks for the quick reply. I got a new token. Because this was an important listing, I went with the tried and true eBay process, which I understand.

I'm glad to know the listings will get imported automatically.

I'll learn how to use Auctiva listings on something less important. Again, thanks!
