How do I put the shipping separate on template

Hope this is not a silly question!! I do not use custom templates, but Auctiva's. When I add one to the listing, it says the description will be above and the shipping details below in the template. But when I write the description(in which I put in the approximate shipping charges), it stays in the description. There is no separtation for shipping. I use the shipping details section in the lister. I just would like to have shipping instructions kind of separated from the rest of the description.

We are working on making this function clearer. When you are using the "lister" page, after you have selected a template to use, and just to the right of that spot a small dropdown menu will be available in that box it should say "--Select a Ship/Pay Details--" and under that there is a link to a page where you can create or modify a Shipping and Payment Details profile. This is where you will be able to have that Shipping and Payment section applied within the template. I hope this helps.
