Good Morning!

I've searched for someone posting a similar question/problem but didn't see any...I apologize if I'm duplicating a question that's been answered previously.

Is it possible within Auctiva to easily RELIST my unsold eBay auction item/items to my eBay Store??? In other words, I want to change the selling format from Store to Auction, the Starting Price to a Buy it Now Price & of course add my Store Category, change term from 7 days to 30 days & so on. I've tried going to my SAVED LISTINGS page, placing a check mark alongside the item I wish to re-list & trying EDIT or CREATE SIMILAR. Neither of those actions will allow me to make the above mentioned format changes because of course I have info automatically entered via my Master Auction or Master Store profiles. If I click on any Masters to change formats, I lose my title, description, pictures, etc. because it overrides anything already entered.

Am I making sense? Can anyone help???

Hi autopaper,

You actually CAN accomplish this easily by clicking the "Saved Listings" link under the "Listings" tab in your account, and then clicking the title of the desired listing to edit it. When the lister page loads, you do not need to load any of your profiles. Just check the box next to "Store Item" and then you will be able to enter your "Buy it Now" price and select your extended duration. When you've made those changes, you can go ahead and post the listing as a store item!'

A-ccckkkkk, I can't believe I couldn't see that option. When I tried re-listing prior through my SAVED LISTINGS I guess I was just doing the ole' check mark alongside the item, NOT clicking on the actual titled item. Mike, I tried it now just as you suggested & wa-la, it worked slick. THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your help...even though I'm now feeling rather stupid...hahaha!...that I didn't search further on my own for the answer. Sorry to bother you.
