I just listed several things, and the 1st one was breakable so i clicked the button to automatically add insurance to this item.....
when i listed the other items, i forgot that it was set to buy insurance automatically. is there anyway i can undo the insurance on the other listings? they have not ended yet.

Hi toolstarr,

When your auctions end, just contact Auctiva support and let them know which items (be sure to give them the eBay item number) insurance was purchased for that you did not intend and they can cancel those for you before you are charged.

Hope this helps.

Right.

What if you have no idea that your imported auctions are being charged for insurance? I just got ripped off for a boatload and will continue to vent my spleen on this board until I either get my money back or pass out from exhaustion
