Thanks for contributing to our forum. In order to review past support cases you have filed, you will need to mouse over the "Help" tab within your account and select the "Check Support Case" option.
The interface will show cases from the last 15 days by default, but you can look at older ones by selecting another option from the “Show me my cases for the last ___ days” drop down menu if you wish. Any cases that do not have a blue “Close” button next to them on that page have already been closed.

When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
