Ok, I have spent the last hour trying to figure out even how to use the activa template for my auctions, I can edit it, view it, etc, but I cannot add it to a listing, or like a click a button that says use template! What's going on!? How do you actually use one of these? Does it work the same way as a normal listing creation? Just go to listings, create a new listing and then maybe select a template to use and then go and put all your auction stuff in the template and you can actually view it and all the ebay stuff at once, why isnt it set up like this?!

HELP!!!!!

When you click on the blue square labeled "Select Template" in the one-page lister, you'll get a secondary window where you can search through Auctiva's library of templates or your own custom templates. Each template has a Preview and Select button located beneath each thumbnail of the template. If you click Preview, you'll get another window with a sample preview of the template. If you click Select it changes the window to a setup window with a representation of the chosen template at right and customization features at left. You can customize the layout of the images you later add to the template by selecting the grouping and alignment. In order to finalize changes and save the template to the listing, you click "Save Template to Listing" at left.

Hope that helps.
