1) To enter the item condition while creating your listings through Auctiva, after you have selected your category, please click the "Choose Item Specifics" link that appears directly below the category field. You will then be able to specify any item specifics associated with that category, including condition.
2) To specify specific eBay store categories when creating your listings through Auctiva, first, click the "Ebay Settings" link under the "My Account" tab, and then click the "Update Store Categories from eBay" link. Once you have done this, there will be two pull-down menus on the Auctiva lister page, directl below the category field, from which you can specify up to two eBay store categories for each listing.
