Hello! I just joined this site yesterday and when I did I was able to go in and change at least three of my most recent eBay listings, like the template, picture...etc. Now that the rest of my listings are showing up under Active Listings, I can't go in and add a template or even just create a new listing and do it that way. I tried to put the new listings that were originally created on eBay into an Imported Listings folder and revise them that way, but either I wasn't able to or its just not showing up right now. Is there any way that I could take an existing listing and go in and change the template (and other things) without having to delete the original listing and start all over? Thanks so much in advance! Smile

OK....the problem is in the termonology and which page you're viewing. Confused

On the Closed listings page, Imported seems to mean the listing originated on ebay and was imported to "view/track"on this closed page. Note, that doesn't necessarily mean it's FULLY IMPORTED, i.e. pulled back to a folder for editing. If you select any listing on the Closed page and use the Import Listings button, it will move the full listing to the Imported Listings folder that you can view and select on Saved Listings page.

Are we having fun yet? Eek

haha SmileHmmm...well all of my listings, including the ones I originally listed on eBay are on the active listings page. What I tried to do, to be able to revise the original eBay listings, was put them in a folder and then revise them that way, but they never went into a folder and are not on the saved listings page, like those three or so (that I originally created on eBay) were. So, what I'm asking is, is there a way to add a template to listings originally created on eBay without having to delete the original listing and creating the same listing on Auctiva? Am I making sense? lol Thanks for the help!
