If you have multiple Auctiva accounts in order to mange multiple eBay selling accounts, we will allow you to use both of your Auctiva accounts while only paying the monthly fee through one of them. As long as you are using the Standard Plan or Premium Plan with your main account, you can qualify for this offer.

If you would like to take us up on this, please contact our customer support team and let them know you have multiple Auctiva accounts and that you would like them set up so you are only charged through one. Be sure to provide both of your Auctiva usernames when you contact us about this.

Support cases are merged when the same user submits the same questions through multiple support cases so it sounds like the representative responding to your case thought you just sent in the same question twice. I’m sorry if that is indeed what happened.
