It seems that whenever I edit a saved listing I end up creating a duplicate. How can I avoid doing that?

Can help you there Jasmine! Click on the little box next to the listing you want to edit. Then go to EDIT on the top of the page and click.
You can then edit your listing but will not get a duplicate.

Do you mean to do this on the ebay site? or the auctiva site?
In Auctiva > Listings > Saved Listings
Tick the box next to the listing you want to edit, then click the "Edit" box at the top of the list. When you finish editing you should click "Save" at the bottom (sometimes the options are confusing down there).
Of course, if either of you is talking about editing an active listing that's currently on eBay that's a different matter entirely.

Ok Rick, how do you do it on e-bay with an active listing and not get duplicates? Is there a secret, Thanks, Eric
Editing active listings on eBay techically has to be done at eBay. There's a way, though, to do the editing here and then quickly apply it at eBay but I haven't done it myself. Someone else will chime in with the details, I'm sure (all I know for sure is that it has to do with the "Get HTML" button).
