How do you end an auction early on Auctiva?

Hi!

I made a mistake in the title and pictures of my listing. I was able to fix the title; but not the pictures, so I ended the auction early on eBay.

I also have duplicate listings I need to end early as I don't have that many of the items in question.

Is there a way to do this on the Auctiva side? I really need to relist this auction with the correct pictures; but it still shows as an active listing in Auctiva.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Kathy,

We do not offer any tools that can be used to cancel active eBay listings from the Auctiva side of things, so you will just need to cancel these listings through your eBay account. Once you cancel them through eBay, they should be removed from your Active Listings page and appear on your Closed Listings page.

If you cancel some of your listings through eBay and they are not removed from your Auctiva Active Listings page automatically, I recommend contacting our customer support team using the form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
