How do you get new or used when the item has no item specifics?

I would like to know how to mark my items as new or used when there are no item specifics.
At the moment I have to list the item and then go into revise my item on ebay and do it that way - this takes time when there are lots to do.

Can anyone help please?

You can do it thru Auctiva...there is a small link that will show up after you pick your category, right underneath.

The link only works with items which HAVE item specifics. I am listing items which need to be new or used but do not have item specifics.
