how do you get super size pics

Hi, I have used auctiva pretty frequently, but yesterday I listed 16 items and when I previewed my listings none of the pics would come up supersized. I was also having trouble getting everything in the decorative border. I am only getting the description of my item in it not anything else???? HELP!

Hi 828jaime,

When you create your listings through Auctiva, any images with dimensions greater than 400 x 300 px that are placed in the "Select an Image" boxes on the lister page will automatically contain the "Click to Supersize" option. Since this option was not applied to the aforementioned images, I suspect the original images were smaller than 400 x 300 px.
