I've peeked around and can't seem to figure out how this works......when I clicked on how this can be free, I read about insurance and such. Then I read the insurance can be turned off and that I could offer buyers regular USPS insurance. So if this program is paid by the proceeds of Auctiva insurance and I don't offer that type, how is my usage of Auctiva paid for?
I'm a better morning person so sorry if I missed it somewhere!

I just read that is no "relist" feature...what else differs from Ebay services?

You can relist auctions c(and get the relist credit) created with Auctiva, but you have to do it from eBay.

I don't use Auctiva's checkout (because I don't like it). I don't think you have access to ebay's pre-filled item information for books, CDs, dvds when you list with Auctiva (someone correct me if I'm wrong).

Otherwise, you can use Auctiva to save a lot of money on pic, templates and scheduling.

FYI, you would benefit from using Auctiva's insurance (it is actually U-Pic insurance, which is fairly well-known). You get a kick back for each policy you sell.

For example, if you sell insurance on a $40 item, you would charge the customer $1.30 (same as USPS), but Auctiva gives you back $.25. Also, U-Pic's claim filing requirements are much less stringent than USPS. I can send something out of the country, and still file a claim with U-Pic if it gets lost or damaged (not so with USPS).
