I just turned off all the preferences and even canceled my account but I still can't get the auctiva gallery off of some of my listings. How long does this take to go away?

I also want to disable anything else auctiva does.

The act of canceling your Auctiva account does not automatically cause the scrolling gallery to be removed from your listings because the HTML code used to generate the scrolling gallery has already been added to the description HTML of the listings. In order to remove the scrolling gallery from your listings to which it has already been added, you would need to delete the scrolling gallery HTML from the description HTML of each listing using eBay's "Revise your Item" form.
The scrolling gallery HTML code begins and ends with <!--ASW--> tags. If you would like to see what the entirety of the scrolling gallery HTML looks like prior to making these revisions, you can do so by clicking the "Scrolling Gallery HTML" link under the "Store" tab within your Auctiva account.
