How often do the Active auctions reindex on Auctiva?

I've newly found this way of viewing my listed items, using the Active choice in the Listings menu. I've noticed a lag in them updating, and right now I've had a new bid on one of my items that is over 5 hours old and it still is showing the old amount.

How often do the Active auctions reindex on Auctiva?

Hi Jasmine,

The listing information displayed on your "Active Listings" page is update approximately every 6 hours. Once the price of an item is updated on your "Active Listings" page, it will then be updated on your scrolling gallery the next time it refreshes, which it does about every 4 hours.
