How often does Auctiva check your eBay info?

I am not sure but when mine didnt update, I sent a support ticket and that worked! Steph

i think it's every 3 hrs, but dont remember for sure.

as for manual updates, there's not a way for us auctiva customers to do that (because ebay charges auctiva for pulling info), but if it needs updating (for example, hasnt updated in a day or so for some reason), can file a support ticket and auctiva folks can take care of it for ya.

Not the best system, I'd say. I have one item that sold and another I ended early, and neither change is reflected after two days.

Auctiva certainly has its strong suits but post-auction management isn't one of them -- although that could be improved with the update that's about to be released, I don't know. Until then My eBay is probably your best bet.
