How secure is this site?

I just registered and, while updating the ebay token, was advised that I was being sent to an insecure site (Auctiva). I noticed that there is no "s" for security in the http and just wonder how secure is this site?

PS I searched around to see whether this had been asked before but couldn't find the answer, so I apologize if this is a frequent question asked.
