Hi I am wanting to use this template: http://www.practiceboard.com/?2551903

What I guess I need to do is add my email address, a link to view my other auctions etc..? Can anyone help? Just don't know were exactly to insert this stuff, or if it's even needed (maybe auctiva does it automaticaly, but previews as a broken link)? I have tried inseritng my email address (although i would rather use a link to ebays ask the seller a question form that would then get to me - what that would be I have no idea?) a few times in a few different places it still previews as a broken link so I must be really clueless as to how to actually do it?

thanks,
Autumn

Hi,

So when I enter my email addy and then update the html and then click on the link it just says that it can't find the url of my email address? Is there another link I could use, like the one that would take the person to a page on ebay were they could ask ME a question, but through ebay. I don't know were to find that link so that peole can ask me a question on ebay? And if there is such a thing, so then could I just insert were I was instructed to by addix101?

Thanks,
Autumn

<a href="mailto:your@e-mail.com">E-Mail Me</a>

That's how you put a link to your e-mail. Don't forget to specify a color if you don't want it blue.

I don't know about that, because when the buyer clicks "Ask Seller a Question" eBay takes you to a form that's already tied to that particular auction number, I don't know of any truly feasible way to get around that (though I learn something new every day).

Do you have an "About Me" page? You should, if you don't. I see that that template has a link that will take your customer there. Just put your user ID in. They can always contact you from there through eBay, if they miss the link in the seller information box.

What a pretty name. Sure beats Eugeborg (my grandma).
