How to add non-auctiva ebay auctions to store window?

Hi Abrahm,

The listings that you don't create through Auctiva can still show up in your Auctiva store window.

The store window is set to display 12 items at a time favoring items that are ending the soonest and is refreshed every 4 hours. Once some of your listings end, they’ll be replaced in the store window with new ones at next refresh. We will be increasing the store window capacity to 20 in the near future.

The only way you can control what goes in your store window is by making items featured/hidden.To do this, go to Auctiva -> Store(tab) -> Store -> Edit/Preview -> Featured Items. Items that are made hidden will not be shown in your store window and items that are featured will always be shown(as long as there aren't more than 12).

Thanks for the help. Soon after posting this my ebay auction showed up in the auctiva window automatically.

So basically I cannot manually put the auction in because it is all automatic? I was wondering if it would be possible to put a non-ebay auction in my window?

Unfortunately we can only put eBay auctions in your window because eBay doesn't want us to advertise for other auction sites in their auctions
