How to cancel an active listing?

Right after I posted an item, I have to cancel the auction on eBay. How do I remove the item active listing and item in my store?

Hi tonyreis,

The item will be removed from your active listings the next time your account is serviced by our reconciler. Each account is serviced by our reconciler about every 6-8 hours.

If you would like to manually remove this item from your Auctiva store and store window, you can make the listing hidden in your Auctiva store at Auctiva -> Store(tab) -> Edit Items. Any items that are made hidden will no longer be displayed in your Auctiva store, nor will they be displayed in your store window the next time it refreshes, which it does about every 2 hours.
