I just want to cancel it and all the auctiva information in my ebay, but it's so bad that I can't do this. I have over 100 items and it's impossible for me to change each HTML code. I need your Help, thank you!

I'm sorry to hear you no longer wish to use the scrolling gallery. In order to make it so the scrolling gallery is no longer added to any of your future listings, you would need to click the "Account Settings" link under the "My Account" tab within your account, select "No" from the drop-down menu labeled "Append Auctiva Scrolling Gallery to my listings", and then click the "Update Account Preferences" button below.
However, in order to remove the scrolling gallery from your active listings that it has already been added to, unfortunately, you would need to delete the scrolling gallery HTML from the description HTML of each listing using eBay's "Revise your Item" form. The scrolling gallery HTML can be found within your Auctiva account by clicking the "Store" tab and then clicking the "Scrolling Gallery HTML" link on the ensuing page.
