Morning ya'll- can someone tell me where to change my user name? I had to change it on eBay because of the spoof mail nonsense (that will make your heart stop). I found where I can change my email - but I need to change my user/login name - I appreciate your time - Dawn a/k/a msalien1. PS - After a few cups of coffee I'm thinking that I'd need to set up a new token??? Any ideas - thanks again

Hi Dawn,

If you are referring to your Auctiva user id then you need to file a request with support. They will take care of it for you. I have done and they took care of it within an hour.
