Hi knotacellar,

Thanks for posting your question here. While it is definitely possible to change the templates that are in use in any of your active listings that eBay will still allow to be revised, doing so would require making a separate revision to each individual listing that you would like to revise in this manner.

The first step toward accomplishing this goal would be to change the templates as desired in the saved listings within your Auctiva account from which you posted these items. This can be done in bulk from your Saved Listings page be selecting the desired items, clicking the “Find & Replace” button, selecting “Listing Template” from the “Select Field to Edit” drop down menu, and then proceeding as directed.

Once you have updated the saved listings from which you posted these items to reflect the template you would like to use in the active listings, you would then need to apply those changes to the active listings individually by revising each via the following process:

1) Click the "<HTML> icon to the right of the item on your "Saved Listings" page
2) Select All and copy the html in the popup window.
3) Locate the item on eBay and click the "Revise Item" button.
4) Scroll down to the "Description" section and then click the "HTML" tab above the description editor.
5) Delete the existing description HTML, paste the copied HTML in its place, and save your changes.

If you revise your listings in this manner, you will find that the scrolling gallery will be removed from them but that will be an easy problem to fix once the revisions are complete. After making the revisions, you can just contact our customer support team and ask us to add the scrolling gallery to your listings again and we will be able to do that with a click of a button.

I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the “Help” tab within your account and selecting the “File Support Case” option.

Or an easier way to change the eBay listings is to wait until they end (or end them early) and than re-list from the Saved Listing you had Bulk changed. While it would take more calendar time to make the changes this way it sure is easier than changing each ebay listing manually.

Again if we could do a similar Bulk Change in the Closed Listings that would be a big help but I am not holding my breath
