How to Create Similar Listing?

I want to create a similar listing with some very minor changes but it will not allow me to preview or schedule the new listing. The preview screen comes up blank with simply the box that says "Close Preview." When I try to schedule the listing, I get a warning screen with the message Are you sure you want to navigate away from this Page? You have changes that will be lost if you leave this page." I use a Mac computer. How can I schedule a new listing using the Create a Similar Listing feature?

Hi Sue,

I was just running some Safari browser tests yesterday, even though it's not officially supported by Auctiva. Auctiva officially supports the Microsoft IE7 and the Mozilla Firefox browsers.

One minor bug I found was your report about a blank preview page, when I tried from within the listing. However, I did get preview of a Saved Listing to work from the Saved Listing page.

You might try the Preview and Schedule from the Saved Listing page.

If you are using Safari, you might want to consider install of the Firefox browser. Here's a link to the main Firefox page.

There is a link under the Firefox 3 Free Download to "Other Systems and Languages" where you'll find the Mac OS X download.
