how to edit store

How do i edit my Store without going through all over again or back to squareone? the only way i can get through is "Store" or "Customise your Store" link. And it seems that if i click on the select template i have to go through it all over again after the data input. so is it save for me to click on select a template? (2 template shown)

Clicking "Select/Edit Style x" will take you to the customization options page.
