How to get items listed in the showcase

Hello,

As a Auctivia newbie, this might be a stupid question.
I have searched the community but I did not find a definite answer to my question.

I want to add the showcase to my auctions (reason for joining Activia)
I have added the html, and the showcase is showing, but no items are in there.

I creat my auction trough turbo-lister and they are on ebay belgium (as I am from belgium).
Do i have to do something to upload my items into the showcase?
(eBay token is accepted)
Are maybe only the items that are uploaded trough auctivia in the showcase?

Ps: it's been over 2 hours since i have posted the items on eBay

Hello,

After 14 hours, 2 of my objects are shown in the store.
My question now is, why only these 2 and where is the rest of them

If I go to edit your items, I get to see all of my items, and I can hide them (which I ofcourse did not do)

I am having the same problem. I have been waiting for 4 days for it to update but it only shows 4 items? I have contacted the help on several occasions but they have said they dont know what the problem is? I am not waiting for the engineering dept?

It is very fustrating!

Sorry I cannot be of help - but I just thought I would tell you that you are not alone.
I hope they sort it out soon.

I had opened a support ticket and explained them my problem.
This was their reply.
