Once you have ended the listings you would like to relist in a different format, they should appear on the Closed Listings page within your Auctiva account and you should be able to relist them from threre in the desired format.
If you would like to relist ended auction format listings as fixed price items, the most efficient way to do so would be to use the “Bulk Relist” option on that page. Once you select one or more items and click the “Bulk Relist” button, just click the “Edit Items” button on the ensuing page and you should see a “Make Fixed Price Item” option under each.
However, we do not currently offer a way to change items from fixed price to auction format during the relist process so, in order to accomplish that, you would need to use the “Edit and Relist” option to relist each item individually. You should find this option in the “Sale Type” area along the top of the “Edit and Relist” form.
Alternatively, you could potentially update the Sale Type of the saved listings from which you posted these items in bulk using the “Find and Replace” option on your Saved Listings page and then repost then anew from there.
