How to list in Auction from my Store items

Hi,
I've just started using Auctiva and have uploaded all of my Ebay items as Store items in Auctiva.
What I can't figure out is how to now 'send' items to auction.
I was hoping to be able to click on a particular store held item, list it in an auction and have it come back to my store if it doesn't sell (updating the amount of stock left in the store accordingly).
Can Auctiva do this, and if so..... how do I do it?

Hi DogsLife,

While there is no specific functionality within Auctiva to convert active store item listings to auction style listings, you can still do this through your eBay account. If you log-in to your eBay account and visit one of the items in question, you should see a "Send to Online Auction" link near the top of the listing that can be used for this purpose.

There may be a way to do this in bulk through your My eBay page as well, but I don't know for sure. You may want to contact eBay's customer support team to see if they provide such an option before you start doing this to your items individually.
