How to list in Auctiva when my item is in Malaysia?

Hello,
I've signed up 2 weeks ago, but I can't managed to use your service.

How can I change your default shipping from US to Malaysia?
It seems that the shipping clause states: I will ship this item from United States, and then only we get to choose other countries. Thus, my item locations shows that its in US! But my item is in Msia, to be shipped internatiionally.

Pls advise.

Hi,

I don't think there is a method to set a default shipping location, other than the usual default with selecting the ebay site, e.g. Australia. Note, Malaysia isn't supported by Auctiva as a listing site (if there is an eBay Malaysia?). However, you could create a Shipping Profile (see PROFILE tab and lower left on the page) and simply select that profile each time in the shipping section of the one-page lister. You won't see the Malayasia postal services for carrier, but using Flat Rate with the generic Flat Rate Shipping Service selections should work.

There may be other issues or options I've overlooked. However, I think that's how some of the China shippers listing on the US site are doing it.
