Hi - It all depends on whatever size your pics are when you upload them to Auctiva. Best thing to do is resize your pic to whatever size you want your 'supersized' image to be (1024x768 or less). I prefer uploading at 800x600. Auctiva then will create a 400X300 thumbnail with a supersize link for the ebay listing. Buyers clicking on the link will then see your original size image(800x600 in my case.) If your ebay pics are only 200x300, that indicates that you are uploading that size pic to Auctiva. You need to upload a larger image. The best way is to resize you pics with an image editor, such as Picassa2, which is free from Google. You should also adjust the image quality so that you end up with less than 100kb file size before uploading, then it won't take long for dial-up buyers to download the photo.
