Hi Jack,

If you mouse over the "Images" tab within your account and select the "Manage" option, you will be taken to the image management page and you can deleted the images you no longer need from there. There is a tool on that page called the Image Deletion Wizard that can easily be used to delete any images in your account that are not being used in active listings, saved listings, or profiles.

You can also delete images from your image management page by checking the boxes next to them and clicking the "Delete" button. If you set the page to display 250 images at a time using the "Items per page" drop down menu, you could potentially delete up to 250 images at a time using this process.

There is an option on your image management page called "Exclude images in active listings" that should prevent images that are being used in active listings from showing up there. There are also 3 numbers in the "Listings" column next to each image and, if the third of those numbers is a positive number, it means the image is being used in an active or scheduled listings.

When deleting images from your Auctiva account, please bear in mind that our image management tools can only associate an image with an active listing if that active listing was a direct post or relist done through Auctiva for which the image was placed in the image management section of the lister page. If an item was originally posted through Auctiva and then relisted through eBay, our system would not be able to tell the images in that listing are being used in active listings.

If you have any other questions about this, please feel free to contact our customer support team using the web form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
