How to Remove Items from Closed Listings

Put a check beside the ones you want to delete...hit the delete button on the right...that's always worked for me.

I've done the checks - hit delete - they're gone and then I go back later and - OMG - there they are again. They just won't go away !!!!

I have been wondering how to do this for a very long time now. I have the same problem. I get my closed listing page all cleaned up and go back to it later to find all of my relisted items and items with transactions that I previously deleted are back again. Every single day, many times a day I have to delete and clean up my closed listing page before I can even start relisting my closed items so I can see where I am at. I have contacted Auctiva in the past on one of my other accounts and they keep telling me to put a check mark beside the item and hit delete. I tell them I have done that and they keep coming right back and I am told it should not do that and that is the end of the help on that. I wish they would find a way to fix that because it really drives me crazy.

I thought I had that same problem too. Put the check mark, hit delete.... sounds so simple, right? Well, why aren't they gone then?

I think Auctiva has three different sets of lists for the same item: imported (item closes on eBay), closed (same as above), and saved (the original of the listing.)

Does that mean it needs to be deleted 3 times? I have gone over the same listings, over and over, only to find they reappear. Images are a bit iffy, as well.... SO it seems to me, SOME of us have problems doing things the same way as others, who don't have any trouble at all, and they think we are crazy!

I spend an awful lot of time doing maintenance on my Auctiva listings; it's a good thing I don't have a life. Good luck, all of you. b

same problem here have to keep deleting , would think auctiva would fix as it would free up surver space
