Hello,

Is there a way to edit the template itself on an active listing? I see it can be done on a saved listing within auctiva, but I would like to be able to apply this to all active listings. For instance, if I make adjustment to the actual listing template. I'm not just talking about the find and replace feature for text. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Tommy25,

Thanks for posting your question here. It is possible to change the Auctiva template that is in use in an active listing, doing so would require revising each listing individually by selecting the new template to the saved listings from which the items were posted within your Auctive account and then applying the new designs to the associated eBay listings using eBay's “Revise your Item” form.

If you would like to give this a shot, you should be able to revise each of your listings in this manner using the following instructions:

1) Locate your listing in your Saved Listings folder, make any necessary changes (choose new template), and save.
2) Click the "<HTML> icon to the right of the item on your "Saved Listings" page
3) Select All and copy the html in the popup window.
4) Locate the item on eBay and click the "Revise Item" button.
5) Scroll down to the "Description" section and then click the "HTML" tab above the description editor.
6) Delete the existing description HTML, paste the copied HTML in its place, and save your changes.

I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab and selecting the "File Support Case" option.
