how to set free shipping

Under the "Shipping Tools" section of your listing, look for where it says
"Domestic Shipping Services"

right below that it says:
Enter "0" in the Cost field to specify FREE shipping

i should choose "flat rate shipping " first, then I can see the item you mentioned

Yes it does. that is the way I do mine also. flat rate then 0.00.

Now see I do it a little different because I offer more than 1 option and use calculated shipping. I just check the free shipping square next to the shipping services. I use first class USPS and check the square then I add Priority. So it shows up with free first class and a not free priority-

I also use it for Parcel Post free and Priority not free- Of course I put the weight in the calculated option.
