How to specify the item condition

The item condition can be specified in the "Item Specifics" section of the lister page. Once you've selected your category, click the "Choose Item Specifics" link directly below the category field to enter this information.

However I still can not find the "Item Specifics" link you mentioned for my item.

I can find the "Item Specifics" link for some categories. However some other categories don't even have item specifics in eBay, only the condition can be specified for them. I just want know how to specify the item condition for these categories.

For example, I am selling Mobile Phone memory cards on eBay UK. After I choose the category Mobile & Home Phones>Multimedia Cards/Memory, the "Item Specifics" link doesn't turn up. In this case how can I specify the condition?

I too am suffering this problem. No item specifics within the Jewellery Section on ebay.

I am having to manually edit every auction posted to ensure it is there. It is a bit of a pain really!

If our system is not offering the item specifics option for categories that should have them, please file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page to let us know.

Also, please include the specific category numbers in the cases.
