Hi all,

lot of my ebay item are removed and then I list lot of new item too fromy ebay, now the problem is the item inside Scrolling Gallery are displayed all *OLD* one, once click it, it reported by ebay that item are already cancelled or removed.

so my question is how to sync Scrolling Gallery data once i remove/cancel any item from ebay? or it will auto sync? ( as I dont see it any update from the scrolling list )..Frown

Hi Davis,

Thanks for letting us know about this. Items that are canceled should normally be removed from your Auctiva account automatically, so I believe our customer support team will have to help you resolve this situation. One possible circumstance that could account for this behavior is if the token linking your Auctiva account to your eBay account is no longer valid.

thanks for your feedback.
actually, i tried few times with different PC to submit a request for this help, but no luck the web page got no response once click "submit" button, it just hanged seem doing something ( but take long time still no response ) and that why post a message here see anyone can help..Frown

so can any staff here help to submit a request about my problem? it is confused all ebay user when they click any item from scrolling gallery that will reported this item no more exist, it will make both of me and user doubt on this issue.

Thanks for following up with me. I received your email a bit earlier today and have since corrected the issue that was causing those ended items to be displayed in your scrolling gallery.
