Sorry that my question is so basic, but I've just started and don't know how to list my items using Auctiva templates

Hi,
You select the template within the one-page lister. From the LISTINGS tab of Auctiva website page, select Create New from it's drop-down box. That will take you to the one-page lister. Look down the page for the blue box labelled Select Template. Click it, and you'll get a pop-up page that starts the selection process.
I'd highly recommend use of the tutorials and the FAQs at the HELP link, top of page. There's alot of good info there to get you started. Don't be afraid to ask questions in the Forum (we've all been there). It's a feature-rich service, so even the simple stuff can have it's nuances.

How do you use an Auctiva template when your item is already LIVE and active on ebay?
I use drop shipping and my products are pushed right to ebay. I log in to Auctiva to use the templates and can't figure out how to use them when the item is already active.
Does anyone know how to do this??? I am going crazy trying to figure it out!!!!

Thanks so much for your help. Sorry that the questions was so basic, then I realised that it was quite ovbious. But I've got so much to learn!! It's fun though
