How to use "submit best offer" feature...

I have been using auctiva for awhile now, but just for normal listings and BIN. How or rather can I use the the submit best offer when I create my listing?

If you mean to ACCEPT a best offer...you have to list the item as a BIN and right under the price on your Auctiva listing page will be a little box to check that says 'accept best offers'.

In the listing editor, just check the box that says "Accept offers from buyers". It's below the area where you enter your starting bid/BIN price.

After you check that box, a new box appears that allows you to set an "auto decline" price.
