I heard that Auctiva had a way to zip all your uploaded images.
Does anyone have any details on this?
Is it through by raising a support ticket?

No, unfortunately, we do not offer any tools that would allow you to zip all your images and save them to your computer. Therefore, the only way to save images that are stored within your Auctiva account to your computer would be to save each one individually using the "Save As" option.
If there is an image in your Auctiva account you'd like to save to your computer, you would first want to click the thumbnail version of the image on your Manage Images page to see the full size version of the image. You would then want to right click on the full size version of the image and select the "Save Image As" option.
