Hello, I would like to have my scrolling gallery on my own non-ebay, non-auctiva web site, to drive some traffic to my ebay store. I have found the html code on the auctiva site, but when I use it on my own website, all that gets published is a very long string of code. Can any one assist me with this issue?

Hi Art House,

The scrolling gallery HTML that is available within your Auctiva account will actually only work properly when pasted into the body of eBay auctions. However, the scrolling gallery can be recoded to work properly on non-eBay websites by making a slight change to the scrolling gallery HTML, a process which is described is further detail on the following thread of our community forum: https://community.auctiva.com/groupee/forums/a/tpc/f/255609321/m/5051012061

Any additional questions or concerns? Please file a support request using the appropriate link on our help page: http://www.auctiva.com/free-auction-software-help/help.aspx
