I'm new to this site, and this might seem incredibly green of me, but all i want is an html code for a ready made template on this site, how do i get this? I've tried for hours!

Practically impossible, without creating a listing or at least doing a preview, then select get page source or go to a saved listing and select the box to the left and then choose the button at the top that says "Get HTML". Just a side note you can creat a simple listing without much in it, save, then get the code the way I just mentioned.
Under the Listings tab go to Custom Templates and then click on Manage.
Next click on Create from Existing > pick the template you want and click on Create. A new window opens and you may copy the HTML from there
