The original reason that I was trying to post here was because I am using Auctiva templates to list on Wagglepop. I am getting some code showing in those auctions that should be hidden. I would appreciate it if someone would take a look at it and tell me how to correct it. I am pasting it in right from the 'get HTML' on the lisings page. It has done the same thing in all 3 of my Wagglepop listings. Here is the link to my Wagglepop Store http://www.wagglepop.com/stores/garagesale360resaleshop

Thanks for your help,
Donna

Hello tdkbi,

I am not able to find your account so I am going to wing this for now. Did you motify or create a custom template for any of your listings? This code you are seeing is in reference to borders and colors used for your images but not the images themselves. Usually this is inside of an HTML tag so it would be applied to the listing but somehow the tag that holds it is MIA and I could not tell you right off what is the culprit in this instance. I am sending you an email that I need you to respond to.
Hi Paul
I am only using the listing template for Wagglepop and it does work on Wagglepop it just doesn't work perfectly as some of the code is showing. By writing the listing in Auctiva and pasting it into Wagglepop I am able to just write the auction one time. If it doesn't sell in one venue I can list it in the other(eBay). I'd like to give Wagglepop a try because it costs me nothing to list an item and only $9.95 per month for a store. People are are selling items over there.

Hi Donna,

After I recieved your email, I looked at the listing HTML and reviewed it against the source HTML of your listing at Wagglepop. It looks as though wagglepop stripped a tag and added others. I do not know why their software is doing this but it obviously is at the moment my only suggestion would be to revise the listings and remove the code that is showing or when you do a copy and paste (before you save) look for the tag- "<style>" and remove everything between it and the very first end tag- "</style>", then save it- this should clear up that particular problem.
