I would like to add the templates to my existing Listings and relistings. At this point the only way to do that would be to have the HTML of the templates to insert. Is there anyway to obtain this. Thanks

Hi,
Yes, you can create the listing as a Saved Listing or Import closed listings (from the Closed Listings page) to Saved Listings. Once the listing is created or updated with a template, you can either submit them from Auctiva or use the <HTML> icon for the listing on the Saved Listings page and copy - paste the HTML code to eBay's listing / revise listing editor description section in HTML mode.

Hi, i'm having the same problem but when I click the <HTML> icon on the Saved Listings page it doesnt open a pop up to display the code. I have loads of listings that need to be revised to include auctiva templates & cant get the html code.

If the popup isn't happening, you probably don't allow Javascript or have popups blocked by your browser. Auctiva also only fully supports the IE and Firefox browsers on the site, which does cause some page functions to fail (especially scripts) with other browsers.
