I'm trying to create a new item details profile for my descriptions for my ebay listings. Although, I'm having problems since last night. I've been pulling hairs off my head trying to figure it out.

In my auctiva create similiar listings, I click the listing I WANT & copy the html code. I back out, and click on manage profiles, and delete the existing item details from the master profile as well, that way I can start fresh.

I'm using Google Chrome now, so now, I'm creating a new profile called item details & click on "html" near the description field. I paste the info in that field & click standard afterwards to see how it looks. It's just the way I want it. Then I go back & update it & I select the item details back into my master profile. BUT.....this is where the problem is happening.

I go to list an actual eBay listing, with the updated info (the info I want), and it's not working!!!!

I want the scrolling Big Crumbs banner in all & future eBay listings back & I can't seem to get it back & for it to work!! HELP PLEASE!!

I tried using IE9, and when I click on "html" near the description, NOTHING happens.

The following is the actual eBay item # that worked perfectly fine before this started to happen: 110797733572.

After this listing, it got all screwed up & can't figure it out. The following eBay item is w/the errors & need help to figure it out.

eBay item number: 110797784374

I need help please!!!

Thank you in advance.

Hi evfla,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. I just reviewed the item numbers you mentioned in your post along with the support case you opened regarding this matter and I am pleased to see that you ended up being able to find a solution to this problem.

We did not make any changes to our site around the time you reported this problem so I am not entirely sure why you started encountering this behavior suddenly but, regardless, it is good that everything is back on track now.

If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab within your account and selecting the "File Support Case" option.
