Huge Gap Between Template and Bottom of Auction

Hello! We are new to Auctiva, and have recently set up with our own custom template.

Everything is working fine, except that there is a huge gap between the bottom of our template and the bottom of the auction.

We were using a "watch count" widget, and we tried removing it by altering the HTML of a current auction, but the preview still showed the big gap.

Could one of you folks take a look at one of our auctions, and maybe find out what we're doing wrong?

(please pay no mind to the scroller...we figured out why our auction item text wasn't showing, and that will be remedied in upcoming auctions. lol)

doh!! hold on...wait a minute. We just checked out our template in auctiva, and apparently, there's a motherload of "& n b s p" 's in there! That's probably it. Right?

There's about 20+ paragraph with no blank space codes that form that gap, e.g. <p> </p>
