I am having a lot of trouble with this

I signed up for my Auctiva account last night, and even though I have over 100 items for sale on ebay some through auctions and some through my ebay store, not one single listing is showing up anywhere in Auctiva. It said it imported all my listings, but there's just one thing in there and its a listing I created about a week ago.

My store window is showing that it is currently updating but if there's nothing in any of my folders what can it be updating from?

What do I need to do. I thought it would take a few hours to get it going but its been almost 24 now.
