I can't get the auto relist profile to do what I want

Hi
I want to relist items if they don't sell.
Instead they either aren't relisting at all or relisting when they do sell.
How do I set up the auto relist profile to just relist items straight away with no changes but only if they haven't sold???
Please help, this is costing me eBay fees and a lot of hassle having to end listings because they've auto relisted incorrectly.

Any ideas are much appreciated, thanks a lot

Hi eBay Girl,

Thanks for posting your question here. In order to set up your Auto Relist Profile to make it so your items listed with that profile will only be relisted automatically if the items do not sell, you just need to check the "None of the items have sold" option in the "I Want to Auto-Relist if" section within the Auto Relist Profile.

The "Relist with no changes. (Uncheck this for advanced options)" option within the "When I Auto-Relist" section should be checked by default so you should not have to make any changes within that section to make sure your items are relisted immediately when they meet the conditions of the profile.
